The Safeguarding Training session will cover:

• The types of abuse and possible signs and symptoms.

• How to handle a disclosure from a child.

• How to ensure a safe environment.

The main focus will be abuse in relation to children, but consideration of vulnerable adults will also be included.

The session is recommended for all church leaders and those involved in church activities with children and vulnerable adults.
